Meet Mr. Sobieraj, Your Local Attorney at Law
Steven Sobieraj studied at DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois. While in Chicago, Mr. Sobieraj volunteered at Illinois Legal Aid. During his tenure at Illinois Legal Aid, he defended underprivileged tenants with legal matters against their landlords.
He volunteered at the DePaul University Misdemeanor Clinic. While acting as a student attorney, Mr. Sobieraj handled misdemeanor cases for the underprivileged community in Chicago. Additionally, Mr. Sobieraj was a legal intern with the San Diego County Public Defenders, where he was able to successfully represent criminal Defendants.
He also clerked at a criminal defense firm in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Sobieraj assisted in murder cases, D.U.I.’s, speeding tickets, domestic violence, as well as other felonies and misdemeanors. He also clerked at a prominent personal injury law firm in Anaheim, where he gained the knowledge and experience to handle personal injury cases.
Recently, Mr. Sobieraj was employed at a law firm in San Diego, where he successfully handled a wide variety of cases from employment, real estate, consumer litigation, and business-related lawsuits.
Currently, he handles Criminal Defense cases such as D.U.I. and other criminal matters. Mr. Sobieraj still maintains an intense passion for helping others which is why he enjoys representing clients who have been taken advantage of by the police, landlords, or the insurance companies.
Steven Sobieraj hails from southern California and graduated from Oceanside High School. In 2008 Mr. Sobieraj was deployed to Kirkuk, Iraq with the United States Air Force. Steven Sobieraj resides in Carlsbad, California, where he enjoys walking the beaches alongside his beautiful wife Christina and their boston terrier Buster.
